Rapha Holistic Care, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources and support that promote healthy living—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our mission is to provide hope and access to care through a wide range of services, including physical health, mental health, case management, patient advocacy, support groups, and more. We empower individuals living with chronic physical and mental health conditions, as well as those struggling with drug addiction, to envision their lives in a more positive light. We believe in social justice and equity for all.
